A sketch is sent first for approval. Changes during the sketch phase are free and unlimited within the agreed scope.Once the sketch is approved and rendering starts, further changes are quoted as extra work before they are made. Changes that alter the agreed scope (pose, character, framing) restart the sketch phase and are quoted as a new commission.Reference images are always welcome, and the more specific the better.

The date is agreed together with the quote, before you pay.Ranges depend on the current queue and are given as an estimate, not a deadline. Rush delivery is +50% on the total. Any commission of $100 or more includes a full timelapse.
Files are sent through Google Drive, or through the platform the commission was booked on.Emotes3000 × 3000 px, RGB, transparent PNGIllustration and CharacterPNG, long edge 3000 pxEmote masters are delivered with a transparent background so they can be uploaded straight to Discord or Telegram. Sticker-ready resized copies are included on request.
Commissions are for personal use.Credit is expected at least once wherever the artwork is posted.Finished art is posted to socials unless you ask otherwise. The artist keeps the right to show the work in portfolio, galleries and social media in any case.Commercial use is not included: merchandise, print runs, resale, paid stream assets or anything sold on has to be agreed and quoted before booking.The character and their design stay yours. The artwork itself stays the artist's work, and cannot be resold, traced, edited into a different piece, or used to train a generative model.
The listed price covers one character, in the framing described by its tier. If you cancel before the sketch is sent, the commission is dropped from the queue and the payment is held as credit for a future slot. Once the sketch has been sent, the payment is not returned.If the artist cancels or cannot finish, everything not yet delivered is returned in full, and whatever exists at that point is sent over as it is.A commission can be paused at your request; it goes back into the queue at its original position when you pick it up again.
Booking a commission means accepting these terms. Ask anything that is unclear before paying, not after.
